Debbie Beane – Positively Aligned This workshop will present a physical wellness paradigm based on observations of the human body through the lenses of physics, geometry, biomechanics, anatomy and neurology. We will discuss the benefits to any individual for their own health, or to fitness professionals such as personal trainers, yoga or Pilates instructors, or anyone involved in prescribing exercise or movement of any kind. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to participate!
